I've started playing 5 aside twice and a week and going gym twice but don't seem to be seeing any change.
I'm very happy with the progress been doing 5x5 StrongLifts and try to eat well. Any ideas welcomed

change in what? i presume you mean bodyfat?
look at your calories, you just want a small deficit (0.5lb per week) adequate protein and patience.1 -
It's my diet and any recommendations if I should change my workout to something else.
I sometimes feel if I'm more active I tend to eat more.
Thanks for the advice I might be trying to rush the process and will try sticking to the food diary limits0
