    HI All, im Kirsty. So far ive been on a diet 18months approx. I say diet loosely as it was more a healthy lifestyle change. first 6-8 months I did well and lost approx. 20Kg but in the last year ive not been as strict and managed to maintain my weight. I think that's quite a good thing as I feel ive settled into myself and don't feel like I was dieting in 2017. Now I wanna do that last push and work off the last bit. id love to loose 10Kg more so its not a huge amount but if anyone has any inspiration, tips and good workout plans plz feel free to let me know or add me as a friend. id love to hear others experiences as sometimes that's motivation enough.

    Already I do a variety of workouts each week from Dance, Touch Rugby, Coaching Rugby Union, Body Pump, Body Attack, Pound, body balance so it really is for me getting the balance right. Do ppl think I work out too much or is it more a food thing? do I eat too much or not enough? I think maybe a small cut back is required. Im set at 1200 calories but can work off an extra 500- 1000 per day doing sports/extra activities. I try not to eat all the exercise calories back and do approx. 75% but maybe I need to reduce that to 25% and see how that goes?

    I could use some friends who are actually active, supportive and engaging. I cleaned out my previous list of friends because there wasn't much of this from them. I will do my best to be supportive and engaging as well.
