Hey everyone I am brand new to this site so bare with me please. I am 33 years old and had gastric sleeve surgery in July of 2016. I was highest at 276 and got down to 183 within the year and sadly enough I am back up to 207 ( I would love to lie and say 199/200, however where is lying going to get me?)!! I have had huge amounts of family issues lately and no it’s not an excuse but I am looking forward to Getting back on track!! I am looking for people maybe in the same situation or who have had the surgery and we can share pin points! So excited to come back full throddle and to do this!!!
Can’t wait for responses! Have a blessed day!!

Hello and welcome. I have not had the surgery but I wanted to tell you that I came across a group on here for weight loss surgery members. I don't have the link but if you search the groups, I'll bet you can find them.2

Welcome! You've come to the right place. You've made the first step in your change by signing up to do something! I've not had the surgery so not much help there but I'm on regular if you ever need some support. I think we are all guilty of gaining back. When in high school/early college I was a solid 205 and worked out religiously. 15 years later I let life take over and did't focus on me enough and well I became a lard 295. So even being back at 270 is nice but I'm shooting for the days of 205 or maybe even a little less as I carried around a lot of muscle back then because of sports which I don't see a need to anymore. I'd prefer to be lighter and more flexible. Makes running easier which I love.2

You can do it! I had the sleeve in August of 2016 and follow a KETO lifestyle. If you want, you can add me! We have similar surgery dates and our pre-surgery weight is pretty close as well! My highest weight was 281.1
