I've had this app for a good couple months now.. maybe for over a year. I took it seriously a couple months ago and it was good but now I'm back on it and wanna do it properly (I obviously stopped).
I wasn't even aware of the site so hopefully this will help me out and keep me on track abit more. Would also help if I had someone doing it with me too.
Anyways, I'm 24 and only wanna lose abit... or maybe alot. Alittle would be a good start
