Entering correctly?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but wanted to know if this is the right way to input a coffee? I have no idea

    You may want to use the USDA database entry for coffee, because it will give you the actual calories instead of rounding to zero. Otherwise, it looks fine to me.

    ETA: You also may want to weigh your sugar for more accuracy.

    I use an entry that reads "Coffee - brewed from grounds," which seems to be accurate. Honestly, though, when I'm logging coffee I worry less about the actual coffee than I do about any cream/sugar that I add. As long as you're logging your add-ins, you'll be just fine.

    Two teaspoons of sugar 167 calories? Two teaspoons (not heaped) should be about 10 grams, which should be only about 35 calories?

    I personally never add water into the diary, as it has zero calories. Of course you can enter it, but it won't affect your calculations.
