I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with my Phillips Air Fryer!!! I haven’t had traditionally fried food in months. It’s such a happy medium without the added grease. Love love love I like my food cooked really well so this is great for me.

Personally I am a fan of the fridge. Especially one with a freezer. It keeps food fresh for so long!27

Stainless steel coffee press. Great coffee. Easy to clean. Takes no counter space. Virtually unbreakable.2

Lol, Since my Home is under a full gut renovation, my husband and I are using an Air Fryer, microwave, toaster oven and hot plate in our make shift kitchen. I must say, the hot plate is a great contender. Lol, who knew it could be so useful.0

cast iron skillet by all means! very versatile and dependable. Worth passing down to the next generation5

My instant pot!1

Instant pot hands down! Now I have time to myself with little cooking clean up2

My convection oven. Bought it 5 years ago at Aldi for $19.99 because my wall oven crapped out, and it's still going strong and gets used multiple times a week.2

I was without an oven for 3 weeks and just got a new one. I'm pretty happy to have one again.
I got a lot of use out of my slow cooker, indoor electric grill, and a little two burner electric cooktop. I even made banana bread in the slow cooker.1 -
My toaster. I love peanut butter toast!2

There's so many. Must I pick one?
Love my new electric kettle. I use my slow cooker frequently. The deep freezer has greatly improved my food selection. There's so many more.2 -
Not sure if it qualifies as an appliance, but my favorite kitchen gadget is my stainless kuhn rikon 4th burner pot. I snagged this out of the charity box when my son and daughter-in-law were moving. She said she never used it for asparagus.
Nary a day goes by that I don't use this little gem with or without the little basket. Perfect for boiling eggs, steaming veggies (including asparagus), heating up soup. It's got such a small "footprint" that it fits in my cramped jenga fridge without taking up too much space.

I can't pick just one. Huge fan of my crockpot and Instant Pot.1

My rice cooker. We replaced my old one last year and we're still going strong. It gets used most weeks since we enjoy rice as a carb.1

Right now my Instant Pot but I do love my cast iron skillet, crock pots of various shapes and sizes, and my toaster oven...2

My scale and my Keurig1

......I too do love my cast iron skillet! No one is allowed to touch it but me3

Thermomix2

My ninja single serve blender.... love!0

Most used is a serrated knife, if you can call that an appliance. Otherwise, the stove, refrigerator, microwave, and ice maker share top billing for appliance, and if I must choose something that is neither a knife or a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and ice maker it would be the ninja blender. which get used a few times a week.
Duh! the scale gets used several times at each meal!1 -
My Mickey Mouse waffle iron. I bought it 30 years ago and felt guilty at the time for spending so much money on something so unnecessary. Now it is such a prized possession. My children have loved eating and making Mickey Mouse waffles as they grew up. Made them for slumber parties dozens and dozens of times. Now we use it to make waffles for my grandchildren.6

Probably the coffee maker, honestly. I drink coffee from the time I get up to the time I go to bed since caffeine seems to have no noticeable effect on me whatsoever and I enjoy the taste. Other than that, the toaster oven (for when I want to bake something but don’t want to heat up the big oven) and Instant Pot get a fair bit of use.
Oh, and the ice-cream-maker! I make DIY Halo Top with it every night.0 -
Old school. My All Clad 6 qt saute pan, and my Miyabi Artisan SG 2 knives. Expensive, but once you work with high-quality knives, impossible to go back to anything less.0
-
My air fryer. Great for roasts and grilling. Best thing is that you don't need to use much oil.0
-
Actually, my stove and oven, and fridge and freezer are pretty essential. I use both every day. I guess the basin is quite essential as well even though I don't use it every day.0
-
My food processor, it makes life so handy0

Dishwasher has to be my number one favorite. But I love the other appliances and equipment - scale, small pots (often cooking for one), water boiler, immersion blender, Nutribullet, fridge/freezer, extra chest freezer (really nice to be able to stock up on sales). I couldn't eat well without stove and microwave. All those little things, too, good knives and cutting boards, boxes and freezer bags, they get used every day.1

@Strawblackcat DIY Halo Top recipe, pretty please!
And mine would be the coffee grinder. Ah that fresh ground coffee smell gets me going every morning even before coffee!
