    You can do it... with a good strength conditioning program, cardio work, and a good diet. I was talking to my daughter the other day and she told me an interesting quote that some of you might have heard.

    "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels."

    I told her for me, being a guy, the following would be more suitable:

    "Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels."

    Even being a girl I prefer fit to thin, not everyone aims to be skinny :wink:

    As for the first part, the good diet (noun not verb) is the most important part, yes strength training is good for maintaining muscle and cardio is good for your heart health, but weight loss is primarily done in the kitchen!
