Hi,
Title says it all the scale is not moving at all, but I’m shrinking my clothes are looser and I’m not so bloated etc. I have been doing a lot of cardio. I do struggle to eat my allowance 1200 on weekdays. I have not given up my weekend wine(bottles

Re-comp can result from any physical activity. It is generally used in the lifting context, but any activity that stimulates muscles can result in re-comp.0 -

Re-comp is maintaining weight but improving the physique - basically moving the current weight around w/o losing or gaining to attain a more 'desired' body shape. Adding muscle where you want to add muscle and losing fat where you want to lose fat.4

No. I meant - How long have you been dieting/working out?1 -

Thank you.
I do need to lose fat but I wanted to exercise so I don’t get loose skin.

Oh sorry, new to this started the start of December. I have dropped 12 pounds but nothing more since the first week of January.0 -
Do you use a food scale to weigh everything, and log it all, no skipping, cheating or forgetting?
Check out this thread. It shows why a food scale is such a powerful tool for weight loss.

Do you think the reason the scale is not moving is because I’m not eating accurate enough? I must admit I’m not good at logging consistently.0 -

Yes. 1000% yes.
Food scales are about $20 at Walmart or Target. Get one and experiment with it. You'll be shocked.3 -
