Breastfeeding calories?? Im a breastfeeding mummy Have a 8mth old beautiful boy and jus wonding if the plan changes if ur are breastfeeding and how to do it??

    I think you can add it as an exercise. I've seen it in one lady's diary added as a food and it just subtracts 500 calories daily from her diary. Play around and see what you can find.=)
