So excited to start this journey. Anyone have have good exercise experience with bad knees. I don't want this to be an excuse to be fat!

In addition to @Tiny_Dancer_in_Pink suggestion, cycling keeps the weight off your knees and bizarrely skipping (jump rope) is another that doesn't pound your knee ligaments. Good luck.0

Bad knees don't have to be an excuse to be fat. All you have to do to lose weight is eat less calories than you expend. Exercise can help that process and it's good for a lot of other reasons, but it's not essential for weight loss.0

I have one bad knee... walking is great.... I never liked running anyway.
Also cycling is good, but you have to have the right size bike frame, otherwise it puts pressure on your knee.s0
