    I have floated about for a few weeks... but not really completed the MFP but today is the day that I decided to give it a go and try it.... I have about 60lb to lose and really could do with a mate to help me out and to share highs and lows... as well as ideas and motivation.

    New friends sounds good. I like running and hiking - when the weather is a bit warmer. I'm relying on my elliptical and treadmill pretty much for cardio. I'm being lazy about my strength training because the room's too cold. (I don't mean to complain)
