    This is pretty much my goal :) To go from 155 to 125!

    Congrats on the 6 pounds, that's a lot for the first week. I'm doing right about 1 pound a week.

    I'm trying to go from 170 to 140 so about the same amount if that counts!!

    I'm more like 205 to 125 goal here.
