With the new year, I wanted to eat clean food.

I think one of my kids must have tried this a few years ago.1

I am starting by going a lil nuts... Water fasted two days...now eat clean next day...then Three days of eating "normal" (my normal doesn't include fast food or fried foods, ice cream, or too much junk)... Then eat clean the last day... And then repeat with the two water fasting days, etc...2

It's a hard game to play, when you try to start. And you fail so you try again and get better, you become addicted to it and keep going.
I am down 25 lbs and people notice I don't. So I keep going till I notice1 -
I needed to mix it up or I get fried out. This way I can take my kids out to eat somewhere when I go visit... And actually EAT... And I can have the fasting benefits and clean eating benefits... This is only day 3 of my starting this ridiculous idea, so I can't yet say if it works. But, I have tried eating clean, and fasting, and I just get BORED.2

I have tried eating clean on a few separate occasions and found it to be incredibly difficult. More power to those of you who can do it!1
