Started a program that is 4 days of weights and 6 days of cardio. The IIFYM website has me at protein 161, 76 fats and 204 carbs.
Was wondering since i am doing alot more cardio than weights, should i up the protein to maintain the muscle?

Only if it suits your personal eating preferences. No need to up them strictly because of some workout program.0

The protein goal is high as it is, so if anything, I'd lower it.0

Depends on your goals and current stats.0

The protein is fine. You are overanalyzing.2

This depends on your body mass and lean body mass, among other things. I was a participant in a study of strength- and endurance-trained athletes (I was in the endurance class at the time) that used amino acid oxidation rates to determine dietary requirements of protein for both classes of athlete. Interestingly, the data from that study suggested that endurance athletes required more than strength athletes.
In any case, the absolute uppermost bound was 2.6 grams per kg of body mass of protein per day - and I must emphasize that this was the uppermost among a group of serious amateur athletes.0
