I am doing the T-Tapp basic fitness daily (Teresa Tapp) and would like to log the exercise. Does anyone know how I could find the approximate calories burned? I can't find anything on her site. I know different people would burn at different rates, but walking, running, housework are all approximate due to personal differences. I would just like best guess to put in. Thanks.

    I'm thinking walking would be the best approximation? I suppose it depends on your heart rate. If you can monitor your heart rate during the exercise and then find an activity during which your heart rate would be at about the same level, you'd have a good approximation.
