Will I gain...?

I'm just wondering if there is a chance I'll gain back some of the weight I've lost by having a slight increase in my net calories? Even if my increased net is still a considerable deficit...?

A temporary water weight gain from more carbohydrates/sodium or just more food in your body, sure.
Actual weight gain while on a deficit? No.5 -
As @janejellyroll said, you could see a water weight gain. That could happen even without increasing your net calories, just by changing the composition of the food you are eating. However, it wouldn't be a real, lasting gain. In fact, it may lead to a loss. Sometimes, giving yourself an extra calorie day shocks your body and causes it to lose more when you go back to fewer calories.2

This post and your other one today worry me. Please see your doctor, and find a good therapist who specializes in eating disorder issues.9

Yipes. Definitely! OP, please take the advice above. You're in dangerous territory.6 -
You need far more than a slight increase. You are starving yourself, as pointed out in your other thread. Please see a professional.9

Eating disorders are deadly. Especially anorexia. Please seek help asap.4

You really need to check in with your physician--you're not in recovery... You. Are. Starving. Yourself.4

Point taken, all.
I would just like to say that reporting me doesn't exactly make my issues go away...1 -

You have to work the program. Have you ever tried DBT therapy?
If you continue to starve yourself you will reach the point of no return, where your body starts shutting down. I hope you call your therapist and Dr, and show them your food diary. They can't help you if you don't communicate with them about your eating issues. Hugs.1
