I’m eating 1800 calories as healthy as I can atm, I need to add more exercise after work was gonna do p90x3, people say follow their food but can I just carry on with mine?

    It's your body. You can eat whatever you want.

    What you are currently doing sounds great, @Jayz395
    I think just watching your total intake, focusing on making good choices, and getting in movement whenever you can will work. Your food choices need to be your own and what works for you, otherwise it's a diet and that quickly will shift your work from a lifestyle change to something that's only temporary.
