Started at 11st 5lbs may 2017. I am now down to 8st 13lbs. Target weight 8st. Finding it hard to get the last stone off, diet is lacking but my exercise plan is going great. Anyone any tips? I feel like there’s no shape to my body now & it’s hard to get that toned body I desire!! bp1qqgtip2lr.png

    You look amazing! Your body definitely has shape ☺️ next step to help with the “toned” look would be to start a progressive lifting program and maybe starting to eat at maintenance and start a recomp
