Opinions and work out plans needed I’m new!!

Hi this is my first time making a plan to workout and stick with it. I’ve decided to work out and eat healthy and I started yesterday. I’m 23, 185 lbs. 5”9 and I’m curious about what I need to do in order to shred some belly fat and get down to 155. I’m not really sure what work out plans would work but I’d like some feed back from experienced people and how to plan meals and my workouts so that I can lose this weight. I want to lose at least 1.5 lbs a week or 1 lbs. I’m dedicated to this and really would like some help.
