Wanting suggestions for LOW COST home workout dvds. I've tried 30 day shred. Not wanting to invest $150+ in a set of 8-10 dvds, just want to grab some great workouts to mix in with what I'm doing. What do you suggest?

Go to the library & get a DVD there.., a great cost effective way to mix it up a bit!

If you have netflix, try some workout dvd's from there. There is also a wonderful site www.collagevideo.com They have reviews and clips. Also there is no need to pay so much for a workout series, check ebay.

I personally am loveing TurboFire right now, the 20 week structure is what i need to keep motivated and to make sure i am getting in the right amount of cardio, strenght and stretch. I have a tendancy to lean towards the strenght training and not enough cardio. Keeps the scale and inches coming off.
