Wanting suggestions for LOW COST home workout dvds. I've tried 30 day shred. Not wanting to invest $150+ in a set of 8-10 dvds, just want to grab some great workouts to mix in with what I'm doing. What do you suggest?

If you have netflix, try some workout dvd's from there. There is also a wonderful site www.collagevideo.com They have reviews and clips. Also there is no need to pay so much for a workout series, check ebay.
I personally am loveing TurboFire right now, the 20 week structure is what i need to keep motivated and to make sure i am getting in the right amount of cardio, strenght and stretch. I have a tendancy to lean towards the strenght training and not enough cardio. Keeps the scale and inches coming off.0 -
