Hello, I'm Leann. I've joined MFP to help me on my journey to becoming a healthier me. I know things are not going to be easy for me because I have an appetite for all the wrong foods. However, I'm wanting to change all that and get myself to where I'm no longer ashamed of my body. So I'm looking for some friends to have along the way

No, finding a user name is NOT easy. It took me 5 minutes. Plus the cravings and hunger are becoming a big pain in the butt. Spending a couple hours at the gym everyday has seriously increased my appetite. I'm trying hard to push through it though and only eat what I need. My body keeps telling me to gorge myself but I ain't going to get nowhere by doing that lol.2

In the spp, I set the goal on 1lb per week. That gives me enough calories so I don't get too hungry.0
