Just to wondering if the app has a way to trend your BMI.

BMI is directly correlated to your weight, in fact it's just a function of height to weight, so it's practically redundant to track if you track your weight. Just to have said that. But you can make and track your own measurements here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/measurements/check_in1
