Hi all; I've been following a Keto way of eating for the past 8 months and have lost approx. 30lbs. Wondering if anyone know how you set "Myfitnesspal" food tracker to your specific number of carbs, fat, and protein as it changes as you loose weigh.

If you're on the app you go up to your menu and select "goals" you then go down to nutrition info and select "calories and micronutrients". You can change your percentages for carbs, fats, and protein there. But if you change your weight to update it, it will all go back to what it was before you changed it.0
