Progress In 3 Weeks

Let me start by saying I know that progress is long term, I don’t expect a whole lot short term and am in this for the long haul
I started my new diet routine and strength training on Jan 10th, training 4 days on, one day off as part of a cut to reduce my body fat % before aiming to bulk up. I’ve been reassessed today and wasn’t sure if what I’ve done so far is good, not enough, too much etc.
Weight
Jan 10th: 87kg Feb 2nd: 84.5kg
Body Fat %
Jan 10th: 19.7% Feb 2nd: 14.4%
Fat Free Mass
Jan 10th: 70.3kg Feb 2nd: 72.3kg
Muscle Mass
Jan 10th: 66.7kg Feb 2nd: 68.7kg
Body Fat Mass
Jan 10th: 17.3kg Feb 2nd: 12.2kg
Now I know everyone is different etc, but a lot of people here have been doing this much longer than me and much more experienced! I’m not sure whether to be pleased/disappointed etc.
Thanks

I reallly think that you've done a great job. I've also done a four weeks cut, but I think it was not so succesful, since my starting weight was 70.3 and now is 68.9. Also, I have to thank you for making me rethink my nutrition.0

How are you measuring all that? It's doubtful you have gained 2kg of muscle in 4 weeks5
