Hey y'all. Newbie to the post. I have read alot of posts today and some are very good. I read them to get advice on weight loss and how to keep it off. I am on a mission to lose 40 pounds and keep it off... Love to all and look forward to reading more topics.

    We all are in this journey together. Here is what is helping me now. Nothing profound, very simple steps i ignored for 15 years,
    1. I am set on becoming healthy.
    2. I am avoiding sugar and sugar products.
    3. I am exercising every other day of the week.
    4. I have worked through my emotional state of mind that led me to overeat in the first place

    My goal is to loose 20 pounds. I have tried for about 15 years with no success. This site and its iPhone app is helping me tremendously to track how much I eat and how much I burn. The most significant resource for me is reading the stories of individuals who are on the journey to becoming healthier.
