hoovering???

hi, i just wondered if any1 knew what i would put hoovering my house under in excercise, i have added the sweeping i did today but i also spent an hour hoovering and guess this would of burnt a few cals,, any help appreciated, thanks

    yes thats what it means........I cant answer her questions as I dont know but sure it must count, especially if you have a big house lol x

    Next time, take your HR manually a few times, average it and enter it here:

    That's how I get an accurate burn every time I work out. :)

    Honestly, I wouldn't count it at all. Chalk it up to some bonus points.

    How big is your house that it takes an hour???

    i dont count any cleaning, as its something i do regardless of whether i am counting my calories or not.

    If it's something you do everyday, then just change your activity level. If it's something you do occasionally, the best way to check is a HRM. Or just list it under "cleaning, light, moderate effort."
