Thanks for the kudos! Weight will be my forever struggle. My issue is binge eating and I have to work to overcome the urges every day. I am really good at eating clean (now) and the regular exercise piece is my new piece to conquer. I’ve signed up for a half marathon in May and have made it up to 12 miles at a time now. For me, the biggest difference in the pictures is not weight, it’s the difference between feeling shameful vs. proud of myself. I’m down 108 lbs and hopeful that I can keep striving to be a better person physically and emotionally. Thanks for reading!14

That's the ultimate goal, being proud of yourself! You really have every reason to feel that way. Well done you look amazing. Good luck with your half marathon1

Wow! Over 100 lbs is definitely something to be proud of! GREAT job! Can I ask how you eat? Do you follow a particular style?0

Thanks! I don’t follow any particular program. I eat a lot of lean proteins, greens, Greek yogurt, etc. I am pretty strict about eating well 6ish days of the week and then enjoy one meal without guilt- usually Sunday night. I’m also a creature of habit which has really helped. I eat a whole wheat tortilla (Xtreme wellness, 50 calories!) with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, fruit and black coffee for breakfast, homemade “egg roll in a bowl” or some other leftover for lunch and modify whatever I make for the kids to be healthy enough for me to eat (spaghetti and meatballs turns into spaghetti squash and meatballs). I drink a lot of la Croix and can’t seem to give up Coke Zero. We all have our vices! Good luck in your journey!2

You look amazing! What an impressive accomplishment. I mean, your eyes look huge, did you lose weight in your eyelids? Is that even possible? Your eating habits sound perfect. I, too, continue to drink Coke Zero, but it's helped me forego margaritas and milkshakes, so I keep on with it. I think one 8 ounce serving a day is a special treat that doesn't hurt a thing!2
