update StairMaster versus M3 elliptical

So after a week I found that using the elliptical for 14 minutes generated a lot of steam and my metabolism at its peak. 2 days throughout the week I added the stair stepper and really saw the intensified results. On the stairs master I did a three Peak with six incline for 40 minutes. Best results were to use both intermittantly.
