Don't freak out if your wee is a funny colour.

Oh, me too - I drink tons of water, but when I eat a heap of pickles, it goes a funny colour and cloudy. Apparently perfectly normal, it's just from the vinegar, but the first time it freaked me out. Like when you go number 2 after eating a heap of beetroot can be scary.

I love pickles. They hardly have any calories but they do have a lot of sodium.

I eat tons of them whenever I crave a snack. Some brands are definitely higher quality than others.

Is sodium particularly bad for you?

Not if you're drinking 4 litres of water! You need the sodium to prevent hyponatremia.

I thought cloudy urine was a sign of consumption of excess phosphates. Typically from drinking a lot of coke.
    It's not a problem.
