Calorie goals

So, I have a relatively small weight loss goal of 10 lbs. I love using trackers to jump start my mindfulness in terms of eating when I know I've been snacking too much or just being lazy and wondering why my clothes are feeling different on me. I just noticed that since last week, my calorie requirements have jumped to lower and much higher. (They started at 1,600 (give or take) and yesterday were over 2,000. Today, 1,750.
Can anyone shed some light on why this is?

Have you synced your tracker to MFP? If so, it will adjust your calories based on the amount of activity on any given day.0
