No, finding a user name is NOT easy. It took me 5 minutes. Plus the cravings and hunger are becoming a big pain in the butt. Spending a couple hours at the gym everyday has seriously increased my appetite. I'm trying hard to push through it though and only eat what I need. My body keeps telling me to gorge myself but I ain't going to get nowhere by doing that lol.

In the spp, I set the goal on 1lb per week. That gives me enough calories so I don't get too hungry.
