My fitness goals are the standard goals that everyone aspires to - human flag, planche, one minute free-standing handstand, one handed pull up. Just the regular stuff.

I wanna learn how to do the human flag

    Here you go - https://gmb.io/human-flag/

It took me a long time to recover from a trail running injury, but I’ve finally gotten past all the baby steps and am back into consistent, more intense training! That has been the goal for a whole year, to get back to training hard again, so I am absolutely loving every *kitten* kicking workout! Goals this year are to compete in my first triathlon and run the Perseverance Mountain Run in under 2 hours.
Keep killing it out there everyone!!!

I have never been able to do a cartwheel (very sad indeed ) but doing a back flip seems so fun.

I'm working on being able to do a set of pushups from the floor, once I've got that I'll pick another body weight exercise to aim for, and I'm also aiming to get my 5km below 30 minutes as an initial running goal

Goals? I need to get some of those.

Mainly cut a few lbs but then actually keep active instead of slipping back into old habits and then going through all this again in a few years.

I'd like to run a 5k again someday, it doesn't even have to be a race, I just want to be able to run again.

Strength wise, I have no idea. I don't need to be super strong, I just want to consider myself fit.
