hi all! well, apparently all those calories were gathering all over me for some time now...
"suddenly", i have 20+ lbs to lose...so glad a friend told me about this site. it's really great.
i honestly had no idea what kind of calories were in what, or how it all works.
this site is giving me enthusiasm for getting my body together. thanks!:drinker:
