    Thanks hun, actually it cost me £37 thats inc shoes, belt and lipstick and nail varnish, oh and flower! was on a very tight budget, gotta love primarni!! haha

    This is awesome inspiration for me as I am between 5.2 and 5.3 in height and your last pic of 112lb is my goal weight! So when I look at that last picture I see how amazing I could look :) and you do loook amazing! x

    HI, firstly i did the 30 day shred! i lost a stone during that, i walk 5 miles a day, cut as many carbs as possible and also did some dance dvds and yoga meltdown workout. Replace carbs with plate fulls of veg, cous cous and fresh foods, watch my sodium and sugar intakes and above i stayed determined, good luck and thank you xx
