My current favourite: 30gm protein powder, cup of OJ, cup of coconut water, 1 small cucumber, 120grams (2 serves) of baby spinach leaves, thinly sliced ginger. Can also add honeydew melon or pineapple...yum

My personal favorite is strawberries, and bananas with a little bit of juice, whether it be apple, or orange. simple but good.

What separates a breakfast smoothie from other smoothies? What do you like? Blend some of those things, but not bananas.

I like strawberries, kiwi, spinach and almond milk with a dollop of unflavored (or your choice of flavor) greek yogurt.
Use OJ instead of almond milk for more tangyness, add mango/pineapple if you like.

They sell large mixes of frozen fruit at Aldi's, Sam's Club, Walmart, etc. So I always use whichever fruit mix I feel like using at the time, some Greek yogurt, no sugar added orange juice, chia seeds, and kale (don't worry, you don't taste the kale!)
