Hello everyone
I’m 28 years old, just getting back into fitness and diet, I badly broke my foot a while ago and the recovery was long... longer than expected, and once I had the heads up to go back to it my motivation was nonexistent, but the time has come! Starting tomorrow with leg day and cardio, yay!
