    Too much.

    Other than that it really depends on your goals and preferences. As long as you keep a calorie deficit you'll lose fat (if that is your goal) regardless of what you eat.

    Foods you don't like, are allergic to, are spoilt or contaminated. Other people's food.

    Also foods that put you over your daily calorie target, unless you are going to offset it with exercise or a lower calorie consumption on a different day.

    Other than that - no foods that unequivocally need to be cut out.

    Your calorie allowance is a budget, you want to prioritize nutrient dense foods but ince you've met your needs anything left over is discretionary, decide if the enjoyment you get is worth the calories
