I love this but I also love proving things and/or people wrong:
Myth: Caesar Salad was named after the Roman Emperor title. Caesar Cardini was an Italian born chef who immigrated to the United States after World War I. Despite having a home in San Diego, the Cardini family operated a restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico, primarily because of prohibition
WTH!!!! Next you'll tell me French fries aren't French!!! 'the heck is the world coming too.

French Canadians mostly did come from France but that was like, 400+ years ago. Now if someone says that they're French Canadian they're generally either from Quebec, New Brunswick or Nova Scotia.
Also, the Cajuns actually came down from Canada, FYI. They got booted out. So you're all Canadian. Muahahaha.
Canada...number 1 in being North of America!
