110 pounds down in one year!

Using my fitness pal I lost 110 pounds in one year! Walked 1277 miles in that time and cut my calories way down. Tried to stay under 1200 calories per day. Started at 345 pounds now at 235 pounds!

... From here on though, I would suggest increasing your cals to no less than 1500 net (the lowest amount a man should go). This will help you retain lean muscle as you continue to lose. The less you have to lose the smaller your deficit should be for that reason.4 -
