I want new ideas for breakfast besides boiled eggs! (I do not like oatmeal unfortunately!) keeping low on carbs and sugar!

This is why I don't low carb.........

Beef jerky, roll up a cheese stick in cold cuts, cottage cheese and tomatoes, peanut butter and celery, left over dinner.

I did a google search on low calorie, high protein breakfasts. They are mostly eggs and fritatas with veggies added. Very disappointing. I look at dieting this way ... I get X number of calories per day, while trying to keep it low sugar, salt, and fat but high in protein and fresh fruits and veggies. I think outside the box when I get tired of eating within the breakfast (eggs), lunch (sandwich), dinner (meat and veggies) standard. Did you make an awesome veggie soup yesterday? Have it for breakfast. Is egg salad your thing ... eat it on lettuce instead of bread. My grandson loves cut up bananas with a bit of peanut butter smeared on each peace. Think about what you like (within the low sugar, salt, fat and high protein, etc. guideline) and eat it. Breakfast doesn't have to be eggs. Wishing you the best!

When I was a breakfast eater I would eat greek yogurt with cereal or granola in it every day. Not exactly low carb but it could be based on your selections of yogurt and cereal..

I make a roasted vegetable zucchini, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach and asparagus) and egg casserole and top it with shredded chicken, kimchi and salsa.
