But I never trust their nutrition information. A lot of them just lie. You're much better off using the recipe builder and finding how many calories really are in your meal.0 -

This. I dont think I ever made something and compared the nutritional info and it came out even close.
I have the looneyspoons cookbook and the calorie count on the one item I cooked came in really close to the recipe builder. Might have been a fluke but I think using the recipe builder is still good practice. Who doesn't tweak a recipe anyway right?1
