What a success story! That is my goal as well... reverse diabetes and to get off of those meds!0

Thanks for sharing. I am also working to reverse diabetes. I have stopped taking the meds. Doing low carb. Still prediabetic tho. stuck in a weight loss plateau. tweaking things here and there. not giving up. Even holding steady is a win. I'd appreciate any suggestions of things to try. You are an inspiration.0
