Hello, I ll request, you're welcome. I m in day 19 now and lost 2,5 kg. Other people feel free to add me. I allready met some great ppl here and all of them are going well ! ! It s a fantastic app to motivate each other, just tell how your day has been , be honnest and keep using the app everyday. I fees better,more energy, more active, more happy, and I losing weight while it doesn't feel like I'm doing difficult things.by logging your food Dailey you see for yourself whats going wrong. You can have a day in red zone but don't overdo it those days, don't go ,alltheway and feel bad, do it controlled and enjoy it.0
