Okay so what should I have for breakfast ?

Before I go to the gym ?

    Whatever you like. I prefer training fasted.

    If you are a woman....honestly? Last I read, science doesn’t know. Men who eat more protein are helped in building muscle but when women were finally studied, turns out we do not see the same benefit. :-/

    However, eating enough protein is still improtant for anyone who is active and building muscle, so I would at least make sure you are getting in the high tange of recommended daily protein for that, at the very least.

    As for breakfast before the gym? Whatever works for you. Some folks get so hungry during exercise thst they need more food before the workout, while others get nauseated with anulything in their stomach as they workout. You just need to try a few different things and see what works best.
