Hi, first of all would like to introduce myself, name is Paul, 6’5 and at the moment 215.

Started New Year new me stuff from Januray first and already lost 15lbs.

Goal is to get to right weight and come back to Thai Boxing as I want to compete again.

Would like to know what are your goals and what keeps you going!

    Hi, I'm Alaina.

I know we are already friends, but I figured I would add my goals in here as well. I am 5'10 and 170 hoping to lose 20lbs. I have a knee injury that gets in my way if I try to do something too fast it will knock me out of commission for a few days. My ultimate goal is to not have to buy a new wardrobe that fits as right now I only have one pair of jeans that comfortably fits me. What keeps me going is, touching back on that knee injury, my knee acts up when I hit the 170ish mark. It can be painful just walking around when I carry the extra weight. So, I am looking to possibly be pain free.

I'm struggling on the motivation lately as I haven't been getting good sleep, but I'm still here and I'm trying. :)

Chris, I’m 6’4”, currently 272lbs. Goal weight is 220. I have a ways to go but my current motivation is to be back in a size 36 jean by end of summer! (Comfortably)

To others that have posted keep striving for excellence and you will achieve greatness!
