Hi, I'm Alaina.
I know we are already friends, but I figured I would add my goals in here as well. I am 5'10 and 170 hoping to lose 20lbs. I have a knee injury that gets in my way if I try to do something too fast it will knock me out of commission for a few days. My ultimate goal is to not have to buy a new wardrobe that fits as right now I only have one pair of jeans that comfortably fits me. What keeps me going is, touching back on that knee injury, my knee acts up when I hit the 170ish mark. It can be painful just walking around when I carry the extra weight. So, I am looking to possibly be pain free.
I'm struggling on the motivation lately as I haven't been getting good sleep, but I'm still here and I'm trying.1 -
