Hi I have been on this journey for 29 days now and I have lost 14 pounds. I was 200 and I’m 186 now. At the beginning I was doing 30 min of cardio every day on a 1200 calorie. Since 4 days ago I have been doing from an 1 hr to an 1 1/2 off cardio everyday and I notice I’m more hungry now it’s that normal?? I’m 5’4 36yrs

Are you eating back some of your exercise calories? And you’re exercising periods are getting longer, of course you need more calories to fuel your workouts.2

No I’m not I’m going to start eating some of them thanks1

I'm 5'4, 161, 38 and relatively sedentary, and I'd be gnawing my own arm off. You've lost a lot of weight in a short time. Hunger right now is your body's way of telling you this isn't quite sustainable. Eat more.2

Yep, fuel your workouts. Food gives you energy and this energy gives you a much better workout.
1200 calories is pretty low and you are losing very fast. Hence you are hungry.2 -
You're losing a lb every 2 days, and you're not morbidly obese. That's way too aggressive. You need to eat back at least 50% of your exercise calories, and consider eating at a level where you lose no more than 2lb a week.3

Increased exercise by 30-60 mins, but kept calories the same? Yep that will definitely make a person hungry.
Higher deficit = more likely to feel hungry
So I ran your numbers through a TDEE calculator and came up with this:
Sedentary, 186 lbs, 7 days a week 30 mins moderate cardio exercise ->1973 to maintain
Sedentary, 186 lbs, 7 days a week avg 60 mins moderate cardio exercise -> 2198 to maintain
Sedentary, 186 lbs, 7 days a week avg 75 mins moderate cardio exercise -> 2311 to maintain
If I go by your loss, you have a 1680 deficit per day. That is almost double the recommended Max deficit of 1000 per day set by the National Institute of Health. It also means you maintain around 2880 a day before you increased your exercise which suggests you are not a Sedentary individual and 1200 calories is way too low for you.
If you are eating 1200 a day you have increased your deficit by 225 to 338 a day. Faster isn't always better. To large of a deficit can lead to fatigue, headaches, decreased intensity in workouts, and possibly even lead to a binge.

Log your exercise. Eat back at least half of the exercise calories you earned. You will still lose weight!! Your body needs the fuel. I lost 2 pounds a week and lost muscle mass eating 1200 calories a day. I met my goal weight but my arms look awful. I sincerely wish I hadn’t lost weight so aggressively. So I highly recommend you eat some of the calories you are entitled to. You will be glad you did.2
