Advice on Reverse Dieting Out of Keto?

I am currently attempting to reverse dieting out of keto. What is the general approach I should be following? Do I adjust the macronutrients ratio first while keeping caloric intake constant, and then add more calories in? Or there are other ways I can do this?
If any of you have done this before, sharing your experience would be very helpful too. Thank you!

You need to keep the calories the same whole adjusting macros, or your rate of loss/gain/maintenance will change. You might find it helpful to do the change gradually.
Don't be worried if your weight increases, you retain more water when you are eating a higher amount of carbohydrate, and that is completely normal and healthy (it's just chemistry).2
