Hi
I had my first baby almost 2.5 yrs ago and am motivated to find my normal again. I was 40 at the time and my body is going to be slightly altered but I need support to get back to a new normal. So any older moms have advice?

I just wrote a massive reply and then deleted it by mistake!
I'm 35, single mum to a 21 month old, have a lifelong issue with overeating and I'm trying to work cooking healthy meals around working freelance and studying an MA. If you want to add me I have an open diary so might provide some ideas.
Basically I prepare meals at weird times to be able to fit it into my life (overnight oats made before bed for morning, soup prepared on a board on the floor in whatever room we're playing in that morning, dinner made at naptime and I make enough for two days so I only cooking every other day)0
