Hi all!
I am a woman in my 50’s and 5’7” Tall. After spening the last 6+ months trying to get my acid reflux problem (new) to go away, I have changed my diet pretty drastically, being careful to stay away from fast food and prepare a full menu of healthy food each day. The acid reflux problem is going away and I have lost about 23-25 lbs. That’s just the result of eating healthier, but now that I have dropped about 2 sizes, I am on a mission to lose another 20-30 lbs and get to where I really should be, which I think would be 140-155 lbs. It’s been about 6-7 years since I was in that weight range, and being older now I have no idea what size clothing I would be then. Can any of you ladies who are about 5’7” help me out here? Are you willing to share your goal weight and what sizes you would wear at that weight? Thanks for your help!!

It's going to partly depend on your shape, but I'm your height and roughly 180lbs in size 12 pants (US).

My ultimate goal is a little higher than yours. I want to get to the low 150s and maintain below 160.

I'm guessing that will put me in a size 8 or 10 depending on the brand.

I'm 5 6.5", but when I weighed 140 I was wearing a misses 8 or 10, depending on the style/manufacturer...BUT (excuse the pun) I'm very pear figured, with a, um, shapely behind, so if you aren't pear-shaped, it might be a size 6 - 8 range.

Sincerly C.D in college to my RN Degree now that my kids have grown up and left. Just want to feel healthier.

im 5'6.5, and when I lost to my goal I was 136 and still in a 10/11 pant size. it all depends on your shape, I have wide hips, so a 9 is the smallest I could ever get to.

I am only 5"2 so jealous of your height. You have so many beautiful clothes choices when you are that tall. Congratulations on your awesome weight loss. My goal is 50 lbs.
