I got up this morning when my alarm clock went off and actually went to the gym..... My goal is to go 4 days a week. I know the weight will come off, I just need to get into a routine I can maintain. I don't want to start really strong and burn myself out (like I have done in the past). I want to get the weight off and keep it off. I'm tired of the up and down roller coaster, that is usually up more so than down. Being able to see the fat content in what I eat is going to make a huge difference for me too. No more hashbrowns for breakfast.
